Not many (if any but wealthy?) don't over feed in Shanghi or even Singapore or the Philippines. To be lifted out by crane on a pallet? Not the first time. I've seen video of a NY window being removed completely to haul out huge person stuck in a recliner? Only in America can you sit home not working and get hauled off on a flatbed for treatment.
