Trump is an "unindicterd co-conspirator" in the prosecution of the Fake Electors in those states, but he contacted the Secretaries of State in all of these states in an effort to "find" him the votes he needed to win.

We're not lying about Trump. The prosecution has the evidence, the witnesses, and the documents. All of the witnesses are people who used to work with Donald Trump. Jared and Ivanka testified against him. So did Eric.

No one in his family is campaigning for him. His sister, and other family members have said he's a crook who conned his own family out of their inheritance from his father.

If you read the Eastman memo, the plan was to use their fake votes to dispute the real votes and disqualify both slates so Trump could be elected.
