The ceasefire between Israel and Iran that was agreed to 6 hours ago was violated by Iran merely 12 minutes after going into effect. The language said Iran would stop at 12 AM EDT. Iran had launched five waves of missiles before the 12 AM cutoff, but now it appears Iran has simply ignored the ceasefire altogether by launching a sixth.

Just announced by Trump on Truth Social: Iran and Israel have agreed to a ceasefire to begin at 12 AM ET. This comes on the heels of an Iranian ballistic missile attack on Al-Udeid airbase five hours prior to this announcement.

Israel has accepted a ceasefire proposal from U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff on Thursday, according to White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt.

The last minute attacks and counterattacks we are seeing may be a signal that the Ukraine War is coming to an end. Russia doesn't want to absorb all of Ukraine into its sovereign territory, and Ukraine doesn't want to lose its sovereign identity. The inevitable resolution will be an official redrawing of national boundaries with an agreement that Ukraine will not allow any foreign troops on its soil.

This will be a win-win situation wherein Russia can justify its invasion and Ukraine can claim to have stopped it. It would not surprise me if a ceasefire with these conditions were to...

It was almost as short as the ceasefire

at this time there are no strikes be conducted by either side .. it appears both sides wanted to be the ones to get the last shots in near the time the cease fire was to take effect .. there was a brief exchange after the deadline and with Pressure from Trump both sides have abstained from carrying out further strikes .. will the ceasefire hold ? who knows .. but if it doesn't it wont be the man that forced said ceasefires fault .. there was no talk of a ceasefire until Trump demanded both sides stop shooting .. that's just a simple fact ..
