Wasn't in our day
Explain to the people of Maui that all bad weather is over
Wasn't in our day
There is no evidence of "warming" on Hawaii at all. That is because the Pacific Ocean is not warming...
Given that truth, which is easily documented, why are so many of you LYING that "warming" caused what clearly was a man made mass fire??
Let's take an imaginary island in an imaginary sea on an imaginary planet whose average temperature is, say, 12.5C. Under those conditions, the odds of a catastrophic fire tell us that one should take place every 200 years. Now lets dial up the imaginary planet's temperature to 14C. The odds of a fire under those conditions tell us that one should take place every 150 years. So, a fire takes place. Did the temperature increase CAUSE the fire? Obviously not. It simply increased the odds of it taking place.
Not wet enough to eliminate the increased threat of wildfires. The atmosphere will hold about 7% more water for every 1C temperature increase.Once again, a warmer Earth is a wetter Earth.
Four data points -
Earth with max surface temp 30F = no H2O in atmosphere, all frozen
Today
Jurassic - warmer and WETTER than today
Earth with min surface temp 220F = all H2O in atmosphere - you boiled out the oceans
The atmosphere will hold about 7% more water for every 1C temperature increase.

Water vapor in the atmosphere doesn't necessarily equate to rainfall. Other conditions must be met, dewpoint, dust.So the NYT was COMPLETELY FUCKING WRONG about this...

Researchers Link Syrian Conflict to a Drought Made Worse by Climate Change (Published 2015)
Researchers said Monday that a recent extreme drought in Syria was most likely linked to climate change, and that the drought was a factor in the violent uprising there.www.nytimes.com
How does INCREASING ATMOSPHERIC H2O cause DROUGHTS???
So Jurassic was one massive fire after another, right??
LOL!!!
Fires are about LACK OF WATER which you just ADMITTED goes UP when Earth actually does WARM...

Wasn't in our day
How dare you?Wasn't in our day
But...but...Al Gore and little Greta said....."![]()
Heavy fog or dewfall isn't rain, or snow. The amount of H2O in the atmosphere definitely does equate to what comes down in rain and snow.
To argue otherwise is pathetically stupid...
