The court's didn't rule it legal , they blocked the lawsuits by the state's tard..
It was a ******* EO by Obama not a law.
An EO that was within his authority to make under existing law that gives him that discretion. Thanks for playing.
And **** you we didn't make that promise obozo did by himself ...
Well, here's the thing. Obama was a legitimately elected president who twice won a majority of the people, so he DOES speak for us.
As opposed to the Orange Shitgibbon the majority voted against.
See how that works?
We can kick their ass out easy.
No, we really can't. Here's why, and I had a very interesting conversation with an ICE agent recently. The thing is, ICE doesn't have the facilities to detain more than a few thousand undocumented immigrants. They have to rely on local facilities to hold them until they can get around to having a hearing for them.
And because, hey, it's government, those local facilities have to hold them in humane conditions. You can't put the Dreamer Kid in the same cell with Bubba the Serial Killer.
And because the local county prisons are already packed to capacity with real criminals, they really don't want to be bothered. This is why they didn't hold on to that guy in SF you were upset about for a week. (Did you forget Katie already? Because her picture didn't last long as your AVI)
So here's what you have to do to get an undocumented person off the street.
1) You got to catch him.
2) You got to find a place to hold him until you have a hearing.
3) You have to have a hearing
4) You have to get his home country to actually take him back.
So this is why DACA makes sense. The Dreamers are really the least of the problem. They speak English, they have jobs, they are getting educations, they are not the problem.
