Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Emmanuel "Manny" Hostin and his practice, Hostin Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine were sued for alleged medical insurance fraud, according to a report.

Hostin, the husband of "The View" co-host Sunny Hostin, and his practice are among more than 180 defendants in the RICO case that was filed in New York on Dec. 17.
