Yes, they are photographs. Both works were taken with a Nikon df sporting a manual 24mm a1 nikkor lens and enhanced by built in camera effects.

Here, the unquenchable fire in the sky is reflected on the face of the moon. Even the night must bow to the eternal flame in the sky!
