Well, if there had been a white track and field athlete who tested positive for pot and the US Track and Field Association sent them to the Olympics...Richardson would have a point about a double-standard. She's probably feeling a little downtrodden due to Valieva throwing her performance so she wouldn't medal.
If she would had medaled, the IOC already announced that that they wouldn't have handed out the medals or had a medal ceremony due to the pending doping investigation.
Valieva should had never been allowed to compete.
