When illegal aliens commit crimes in this country, they are typically ordered removed, the Executive Branch has taken steps to resolve this problem by removing aliens to third countries that have agreed to accept them.

Wow. This really sucks. For Alegro Garcia that is. Gee, I hope after being returned and found guilty and doing prison time here, that he isn't refused return to El Salvador. He might be shipped off to North Korea next.
