The Sturgis "Super Spreader" Event

Thanks to Oddball for demonstrating that realistic analysis of Sturgis as a Super Spreader is going to require far more rigorous efforts that what we have seen from the right. The administration people are not off the hook. Look at any pictures of a Sturgis crowd and imagine all the comorbidities running around in leather and jeans.
It wasn't a "super spreader" and the Fauci Flu has been a giant overblown scare festival, chump.

About 1/2 million participants, and 650 whole "cases", with one death, traced back to the rally.....And it's a safe bet that next to none of them were wearing any silly-assed face diapers....The "scientists" tried to spin their way out of the statistics, yet the numbers speak the loudest.

A group of scientists have linked 463 COVID-19 cases and one COVID-19 death to the 2020 Sturgis Rally.

<snip>

The study found of 649 reported cases, 463 were laboratory-confirmed or probable primary cases from people after traveling to Meade County from August 1-30 or attendance at the Sturgis Rally Aug. 7-16. There were 17 hospitalizations and one death reported. From the 463 cases, 399 showed symptoms, while 42 cases did not show symptoms and 22 are unknown.

We've all been had.

Meanwhile Biden is allowing 100's of thousands of illegals to pour in many infested with Covid and God knows what other diseases. Incubates them in his border cage farms then releases them into our communities. Did you know that a requirement for LEGAL immigration is a clean bill of health?

Fauci and the CDC told us that it was safe for people with Ebola to masklessly board a fully loaded US commercial airliner headed for major metropolitan areas

What does the ebola virus have to do covid Frank? But now that you've brought it up, did the USA have an ebola epidemic, Frank? Obama did everything Faucci told him to do in both H1N1 and Ebola. 18,000 deaths with H1N1, no deaths with ebola.

Trump ignored Faucci and did what he wanted to do, and 500,000 people died. Regardless of what Faucci advised, it certainly worked a whole lot better than Trump ignoring his advice.

Now back to the Sturgiss Super Spreader event.

The only thing necessary to put the lie to EVERYTHING you posted is the Coronavirus statistics for North Dakota. Scroll down to the daily cases graph, and looks what happens up to the Rally:

On August 1st, there were a total of 4,400 cases - from March through July. On September 1st, there was a total of 12,000 cases. What happened in the month of August that causes cases to triple in less than 30 days?

Every single chart and graph shows a straight line upwards in cases and deaths from the date of that rally. But keep pretending that rally wasn't a big super spreader event.

You need to take a few lessons in reading charts. Either that or start to being honest. :D

Sturgis was the first week of August in 2020. Little or nothing was happening.

Once again, you making stupid statements is not evidence of anything, nor are your denials of any value in this discussion. Why don't you plan a trip to India. Lovely country, full of beautiful sites.

So far as we know.

Why health officials say travel bans over Ebola are a bad idea

Some are turning public health concerns over the first reported case in Dallas, Texas, into an issue of immigration with calls to crack down on air travel...

Ensuring Ebola protocols

OCT. 6, 201413:45

Public health officials have repeatedly said that outright bans on travel between the U.S. and the three main West African countries at the source -- Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone -- would back backfire on efforts to keep the disease from spreading.

During an appearance Monday on "Fox & Friends," National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci stressed that the United States should not considering completely isolating West Africa.
"When you completely seal off and don't let planes in or out of the West African countries involved, then you could paradoxically make things much worse," Fauci said. "It's completely impractical and, in fact, from a public health standpoint, not helpful to do that, and I think every public health official feels that way."

Here's the CDC in 2015

"If you were on one of the flights listed below, remember that
  • Spread of Ebola on a plane or in an airport is NOT likely. However, CDC is being extra careful to ensure your safety.
  • Most sick people on planes do not have Ebola, even if they are traveling from a country where Ebola is spreading.
  • If the person is found to have Ebola and CDC believes you were possibly exposed, a public health official will contact you."

Interesting.
You made a good case, until I looked at other states like S. Dakota, Wyoming, Illinois, etc., and then I saw the exact same increase that N. Dakota had, from August to October.
So then it was a country wide increase, and not from just a super spreader event in N. Dakota.
