Miami was the last of these 4 teams to win a national championship, in 2001. They beat Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl 13-2.

For Ole Miss, it was 1960. For Indiana and Oregon, never.

Oregon reached the championship twice, losing in 2011 to Auburn, and 2015 to Ohio State.

No surprise all 4 remaining teams have great QB play. One has already won a national championship, one has won the Heisman, and Oregon's QB might be the first pick in next years draft. Chambliss looked amazing last night against Georgia.

The Piston's were about to play their first game in Portland NBA finals. A reporter pointed this out to Bill Laimbeer

a. They barely beat a weak BAMA team that had 3 losses. Some said BAMA shouldn't have been in the playoffs.

b. They gave up 34 points. They gave up A LOT of points. Indiana's defense gave up 3. Oregon gave up ZERO. Miami gave up 14. Ole Miss has a defense problem.

c. Indiana is undefeated. Kind of hard to not go with the undefeated team.

d. Ole Miss lost to Georgia right 35 to 43. Again, you gave up 35 points. Ole Miss seems to have the weakest defense of the 4 remaining teams.

E. Good luck. I love an underdog upset. I would be very happy for Ole Miss if they won it all. But they won't. LOL. Hopefully what I'm doing helps them win. So you can come back here and rub it in my face if they do it.
