Employers hiring illegals are the root cause of this problem and NO ONE is willing to “go there” because it would solve the problem and oh yea… rob business of that cheap labor pool

Apparently, you know nothing about the law!

Anyone entering the country has the right to request asylum. They have a right to a hearing to determine if their requst is valid. They only get deported if their request if found to be invalid.

Part of the Senate Bill is to raise the requirements for what is considered a valid asylum request.
