The proper purposes of government discussed

Two observations:

First: AOC had her ass handed to her as pertains to that set of clips.

Second: nice rack.

Now a comment. Chip sounds kind of Reaganesque. “I’m from the government and I’m here to help.”

It's in writing in the preamble to the Constitution. Provide for the common defense and promote the general welfare. Why is it so confusing to the left?
