We need proper policies that are more effective for the average citizen, not just for the billionaire or massive corporations who make it big and then reward their nation by outsourcing all their jobs and import low wage illegals.

That said, I am old enough to remember (before Social Media) what it was like to have the feeling of having no voice at all and that kind of isolation.

A snail mail discussion group printed out on a dot matrix printer and sent to members. So, groups find a way. We already have a Constitution & B.O.R. to unify all American citizens. The problem arises when a percentage of American citizens want to scrap the American constituencies Constitution/B.O.R. & replace it with an already tried & failed ideology called communalism(top down Power & Control).

One way would be to have more control over social media. Issue people with ID, have them log into the internet with their ID. Also change freedom of speech so that it means what it should mean, that you can say whatever you want as long as you don't hurt or harm or cause harm to others.

The West has to fight off the attacks from China and Russia, it can't do that with totally open freedom of speech. It must either decide to have reduced freedom of speech or none at all.

That last thing you say here could very well be true. Even before social media ever existed, people still went after other people in one way or another. Tomorrow is September 11th. 24 years ago, when those four planes came to their final resting places, social media wasn't even a thing yet.
