Seriously, how can any comedic outlet compete with crap like that?

It used to be "the jokes write themselves" but when they tell themselves as well what's left for writers to do?

I think they should sue for unfair competition, lol

Yehbut, here's the thing: They are largely ignored because they exposed themselves by being "Panicans" not long ago. Most were written off at that time. They outed themselves as being there just for the clicks exactly like JoJo

It's scientists that don't believe in science. Case in point, doctors and drug companies are doing their level best to destroy the immune systems of Americans, for fun and profits.

Computer nerds are developing AI, which will put millions out of work and further concentrate the world's wealth and power into fewer and fewer hands. That's the 'science behind the science'.

I don't know anything about the Onion, but they seem to consider themselves to be a comedy publication. I see nothing funny about it. To me, that's the kind of comedy (?) that got Colbert fired. It takes a special kind of person to get a chuckle out of that garbage.
