I can't say for sure but I'd say that there is a somewhat realistic chance that secretary Mayorkas may qualify for FREE HOUSING on the order of somewhere around 10-20 years. In the vid below we see Mayorkas using both his slip & slide plus his duck & stymie defense in tandem that makes up his patented Rope A Dope defense system. The yet to be defeated Mayorkas does have several contenders that want to challenge him but the end results of course could be any ones guess! Go ahead & feel free to opine on this one!

But Biden himself is subject to criminal prosecution.

He's going to have hand over the WH to Kackles and maybe she might pardon him for his treason.

But then again, Kackles is subject to many of the same crimes.
