I wouldn't be surprised if Trump has gamed the Epstein issue and is waiting for the Dems to step on a landmine. Israel is a tricky situation in that Trump is attempting to create an anti-terrorist coalition in the Middle East. If that can be accomplished, the US could start stepping away from its one-sided support of Israel.

Most on the left advocate medical gatekeeping based on age, not blanket approval. And no one thinks being white and homeless is some kind of privilege. These are complex issues, not culture war slogans.

If the goal is honest criticism, we should aim a little closer to the facts.
