Yesterdayās update article by Bob Unruh prompted me to edit a few messages I posted over the years.
Let me begin by pointing out that the type of person who profits from the Affordable Care Act will staff the hospitals, testing labs, etc. They are the very type Democrats want to encourage, and take part in, everything that was done to Terri Schiavo. The treatment Jahi McMath received is worse than most ālife-supportā stories because all-powerful doctors and hospitals did it to her. And it was done after the ACA became law. Note that Jahi is still alive:
Socialists/Communists/Democrats do everything incrementally. Government murder is no different.
The brutality in the way Circuit Judge George W. Greer of Pinellas County, Florida, took part in the murder of Terri Schiavo stands as a template for everything every judge can now do in 50 states:
Notice the tie-in to Planned Parenthoodās profitable body parts business:
NOTE: The term brain dead was created by Harvard butchers in 1968. Their reason was obvious. Calling a medical condition brain dead quickly acquired a precise legal definition insofar as a charge of homicide was avoided when killing someone in a coma. In plain English: A brain dead diagnosis was created as a legal excuse to kill.
There is an assumption that thoughts, emotions, feelings, etc., originate in the brain. Hence, brain dead sounds logical. Iāve never been convinced that is the case. When you cut your finger an impulse is sent to the brain telling you to feel the pain in your finger. The paralyzing fear a person feels as their car skids towards an oncoming truck begins in the pit of their stomach, it does not originate in the brain.
Who can deny that thoughts are only processed by the brain originating elsewhere as in pain or fear? The brain is a processor and doesnāt feel pain. As far as I know, there was no damage elsewhere sending signals to Terriās brain telling her to feel pain. There was no evidence that she was feeling pain. Even if it can be shown beyond a doubt that she was in pain the answer is painkillers not euthanasia.
Those who killed Terri said that she was not in pain āā never admitting that starvation causes pain even if the brain was not functioning well enough to activate a defense mechanism.
Who can swear that Terriās life force, her emotions, her ability to know life was not functioning? Letās say that a bird landed on Terriās windowsill. How can anyone say that Terri did not experience the same pleasure and curiosity that makes an infant giggle? The euthanasia crowd will never admit to that possibility because they only speak for themselves. They assume that because they donāt want to live in a so-called vegetative state no one else does either.
My point: A brain dead vegetative state is a physical thing with no proof that thoughts and emotions arenāt alive and well somewhere else. People in West assigned courage and cowardliness to the heart: āHe has the heart of a lionā or āHeās fainthearted.ā The Chinese always thought the liver was the most important organ. To me, that shows there has always been a suspicion that thoughts and emotions reside someplace other than the brain. I never came across a great body of thought that put the brain at the center of life. Those who believe in euthanasia are the only ones who say that. I donāt consider their political agenda a great body of thought.
If there is any chance that I am absolutely correct about this āāTerriās very essence was starved in the cruelest way imaginable.
Agree or disagree with removing Terri Schiavoās feeding tube, but you cannot deny that an individual got away with killing her because justification āā not the act āā was the deciding factor. By exonerating the person who did the act, did not the courts endorse the Nazi defense? I was following orders. Bottom line: The courts must always judge the act not the justification.
Floridaās courts allowed it, and the US Supreme Court refused to hear the case. Had the SCOTUS taken the case you can be certain the butchers would have screamed about the government interfering in our lives. Naturally, it is not government interference when a state court ordered the feeding tube removed. The person who actually pulls the plug committed murder. I never found the name of the person who removed the feeding tube? And I never understood why the hell they were not arrested for premeditated murder?
Why murder? And why premeditated?
A person had to commit the physical act of removing the feeding tube well-knowing Terriās death would be the result. Thatās premeditated murder. Think of it this way. Suppose the individual who removed Terriās feeding tube had the courtās permission to shoot her rather than let her starve to death. Would that be premeditated murder?
Parenthetically, TV viewers are bombarded with government propaganda depicting hard-hitting cops and district attorneys ever-ready to lockup the bad guys, yet someone commits a deliberate act that ends in the death of another person and there are no cops or district attorneys in sight. In fact, the policeman on duty in Terriās room was told to leave the room so he could not be a called as a witness to identify the murderer.
In addition, judges in Terriās case are guilty of aiding and abetting a premeditated homicide. At the very least, someone in authority should have told those judges: āIf you want that feeding tube removed come and do it yourself.ā I know that if I worked at Terriās hospice and someone ordered me to remove her feeding tube, I would have told them where to shove the job.
And how many Americans realize that Socialist priests in our courts issue orders while making damn sure that real blood doesnāt soil their precious robes.
NOTE: Please do not compare the court-ordered murder of an innocent woman to the execution of a criminal after a decade or more of tax dollar funded appeals. In any event, Terri Schiavo did not hurt anyone, but she was killed without her consent anyway.
One of the arguments I heard for killing Terri when it was in the news cited her Right to abstain from receiving artificial life support. The word abstain was actually used. Of all of the sick perversions in that tragedy the abstain claim is the worst; more so since no one knew what Terri wanted. The government does not allow Americans to abstain from anything these days. Obviously, an exception was made to accommodate the Grim Reaper in Terriās Right to abstain from being murdered.
And of course there is always this: āAmerica is a nation of laws.ā What a joke that is. America is a nation of judges issuing orders. Neither judges nor anyone else had the Right to end Terriās life just because she couldnāt speak for herself.
Incidentally, the Left is forever citing the Nazis as the only villains in the twentieth century. Some try to equate conservatives to Nazis, yet a close look always shows that Socialists are the Nazi clones. Not punishing Terri Schiavoās murderer is only one such example.
To no oneās surprise the ACLU came down on the side of killing Terri Schiavo:
The ACLU is a charter member in the Culture of Death, while at the same time the ACLU fights the death penalty at every turn.
Do not let the Leftās push to abolish the death penalty fool you. Liberals are outraged by the death penalty because they fear the day may come when they find themselves strapped to a gurney.
To justify taking an innocent individualās life opens the door to governments murdering millions. If the tens of millions of murders done by governments in the last century taught anything it is that there is no slope slipperier than cultivating the governmentās bloodlust.
The road to governments slaughtering their own people begins with the publicās acceptance of things like mercy killing, doctor-assisted suicide, abortion on demand, and so on.
Was I too hard on judges? Hardly! A snake is a snake; a judge is a judge. A venomous snake may drowse in a bed of flowers, but it remains a deadly snake. Snakes and judges do what they will do. They are creatures of habit no more able to change their ways than the Earth can alter its orbit around the sun.
Let me close with a bit of gallows humor:
Parts of the human body had a meeting to decide who was in charge.
"I should be in charge," said the brain, "because I run all the body's systems; so without me nothing would happen."
"I should be in charge," said the blood, "because I circulate oxygen all over; so without me you'd all waste away."
"I should be in charge," said the stomach," because I process food and give all of you energy."
"I should be in charge," said the legs, "because I carry the body wherever it needs to go."
"I should be in charge," said the eyes, "because I allow the body to see where it goes."
"I should be in charge," said the rectum, "Because I'm responsible for waste removal."
All the other body parts laughed at the rectum and insulted him; so he shutdown in a huff.
Within a few days, the brain had a terrible headache, the stomach was bloated, the legs got wobbly, the eyes got watery, and the blood was toxic. So they quickly decided that the rectum should be the boss.

āItās just common sense here,ā Schindler said. āLook at the progression of this āright to dieā agenda. This culture is killing our most vulnerable. How can we expect them to look out for people ā¦ like Terri when they are looking out for their best interest, which is money, cost?ā
He continued: āThis is happening every day. ā¦ People donāt realize that what happened to Terri ā¦ She wasnāt terminal, she wasnāt sick, she wasnāt dying.ā

The brutality in the way Circuit Judge George W. Greer of Pinellas County, Florida, took part in the murder of Terri Schiavo stands as a template for everything every judge can now do in 50 states:
That legal determination is a life-and-death matter, warns Bobby Schindler, whose sister, Terri Schiavo, died 11 years ago Thursday after a judge ruled a care center could withhold medical treatment, which resulted in the removal of her feeding tube.
It took her 13 days to die.
It took her 13 days to die.
XXXXX
. . . whatās alarming now is the fact that itās now legal in all 50 states to do exactly what was done to Terri.
Notice the tie-in to Planned Parenthoodās profitable body parts business:
āDecisions are being made now in the best interests of the hospital,ā he said. āIt all comes back to costs and hospital profitability.ā
Also now, he warned, the issue of brain death and organ donation is imposing further pressure on incapacitated patients and their families.
āThey had to create a way to make it easier to get at peopleās organs,ā he said.
So the result was a ābrain deathā diagnosis in which surgeons declare that death has occurred and organs can be transplanted.

An ad hoc committee at Harvard Medical School published a pivotal 1968 report to define irreversible coma. The Harvard criteria gradually gained consensus toward what is now known as brain death. In the wake of the 1976 Karen Ann Quinlan controversy, state legislatures in the United States moved to accept brain death as an acceptable indication of death. Finally, a presidential commission issued a landmark 1981 report ā Defining Death: Medical, Legal, and Ethical Issues in the Determination of Death ā that rejected the "higher brain" approach [clarification needed] to death in favor of a "whole brain" definition. This report was the basis for the Uniform Determination of Death Act, which is now the law in almost all fifty states. Today, both the legal and medical communities in the US use "brain death" as a legal definition of death, allowing a person to be declared legally dead even if life support equipment keeps the body's metabolic processes working.
