they didnt recover a bullet,, they recovered a jacket fragment and because it was a fragment it couldnt be connected to the gun which makes perfect sense,,

if you would have watched the video you would have seen the actual court documents that say that,,

embracing ignorance isnt a good trait,,

Inconclusive is the word, due to fragmenting. They want to do a different test which the defense is objecting to.
