What? We were talking about renters not being able to buy homes. But, yes, you are correct that democratic policies have also raised rents so sky high people can't afford to rent either, which is why homelessness has increased under Harris/Biden.

They just built a new home on a shitty (near vertical) town lot a few doors up frome me. The lot sucked so bad it was the last one available in my subdivision.....529K....Maybe 2k sq ft including the basement.....I bet from the curb to the front door it's not 20' of level ground to walk on and they had to backfill no end to get that.

All that kind of shit does is drive-up my property value/taxes.
