So what? I think it is great. And very bad news for democrats. Trump made a lot of mistakes in his first term and he hasn't convinced me he has either learned from nor resolved and fixed those mistakes even yet, so, at the very least, the competition of DeSantis will improve Trump by forcing him to fight for reelection and tighten up, and be on his best toes! At the very most, it will prove DeSantis the smarter, more able, strategic, guileful and better candidate to hammer the Dems with! So either way, it is a WIN-WIN for me and America.

What we need is a shrewd republican who can beat the democraps at their own game.
