I ran across this person in my news feed. She's a data kernel engineer. She created AI algorithms to search databases and appears she knows what she's doing, and has a website full of cross search features. Part of this effort was with the USAID data base, which she claims has no 'index' for doing searches, so she's created this search index using AI and it seems to work. Lots of talk on NGO's and organizations within and funded by USAID, mentions why USAID was created and how it's morphed into a monster. Several names involved in dubious parts of the NGO's like Tom Cotton and Marco Rubio.

She has stated that corruption is on both side of the aisle.

I have no doubt it was used, in part as a CIA slush fund and I can see both Rubio and Cotton up to their ears in it.....I wonder of Queen Lindsey was mentioned?
