I used to think journaling was just for literary geeks and old duffers who had nothing better to do. However, since launching my Medical Billing and bookkeeping business 11 years ago, I have found this to be a valuable tool. Being of only average intelligence, I found good ideas get lost if I don't write them down. In addition, writing things that have become problems allows me to see things from a different angle, makes it easier to formulate solutions, and often see them as not as big as I first imagined.

For all of you Independents out there, you might consider starting a business journal. It costs almost nothing, and It can help a lot. (See link below)
