The best musician ever with the name Frank

Actually I was trying to decide on a body color for my next guitar build and this convinced me of neon yellow with black components. Actually Frank is one of the best musicians period. Nobody can sweep pick like he can.

I knew he was familiar. He played with Chick Corea, Dweezil opened for them. I don't think his guitar was plugged in. He didn't take a single solo the whole night.
