It's time to stop the hypocrisy and admit that we need quotas.

Since that ethnicity is supposedly 13 percent of the population, then every TV show and movie must have at least 13 percent of that ethnicity's actors.

Don't laugh: President Biden and VP Harris/Abrams may institute such a rule, without using the word "quota." And, of course, Speaker Pelosi and new Majority leader Schumer would love such a proposal.
