Had to switch from AT&T to Comcast because they would not drop by for 15 minutes to plug two wires back into the box. They made two no-call, no show appointments but did not provide any service. Now my Credit Union account for shopping online has frozen my debit account. It seems ATT and Comcast have different preferred routers and the fraud prevention center does not realize that swapping internet is the way to get back online faster after a hurricane. I don't want to fire the Credit Union, if I can avoid it, any suggestions?
