The A.P. spin never stops

The A.P. couldn't even bring themselves to use the "R" or (God forbid) the "F" word when reporting that the fallout over Solyndra caused a top Obama energy staffer to lose his job. The A.P. spin relates that Dept. of Energy loan officer Jonathan Silver simply "leaves" his job. Nowhere can you find the (harsh) word "resign" or "fired". Don't depend on the A.P. to suggest that heads are starting to roll over the fallout from Solindra but maybe it's happening.

The coverage is confusing. It appears he left the positions because the funds dried up.

Don't tell me the federal bureaucracy is getting rid of employees just because their jobs are no longer funded? Obama's new jobs bill promises to inject another couple of hundred billion taxpayer dollars into similar boondoggle loans. Surely Mr. Silver would be on the cutting edge. The A.P. might blame republicans for having the poor taste to investigate Solyndra but they would never make the connection between Obama's energy dept and scandal.
