The 5th Amendment -- The Democratic Party's Constitution

Yes indeed, it certainly appears that a good little Democrat learns to arm himself/herself with the trusty race card and how to correctly invoke his/her 5th Amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution. He/she spends the remainder of their time trashing the rest of our sacred document.

It is indeed a testimony of blatant corruption to its very core when Clinton supporters and hirelings can trot themselves out before a Congressional Investigative Committee and refuse to answer any of their questions. Some do not even show up for questioning. This is a direct affront and disrespect for our rule of law and a slap in the face of the American people. One wonders why all the fuss about Edward Snowden and how in the world Martha Stewart was ever convicted of anything.

The shame of it all is that these latest Democrat hirelings have already been granted immunity by the FBI so their excuse for not testifying in order to avoid prosecution fails muster since they cannot be prosecuted regardless as to their testimony. What they are in effect actually doing is refusing to testify in order to protect Hillary Clinton.

This is the kind of lawless Administration you people really want?

the fix is in. if she wins there will be another trillion dollar stimulus give away by the democrats.
crony capitalism, scandal cover ups, lies under oath. i knew obama coming in was going to use the court system as a backstop. clog the courts, take the fifth.

they will continue to operate with impunity, some people cannot see the obamas & clintons as suspicious people.
