President Biden based on the constitution needs to act to make sure it doesn't happen. ABolish the dumb debt ceiling.

He can direct Yellen loot the federal retirement system of funds but that has to be paid back by law and he can also move some agency funds around......From what I understand that buys him something maybe close to a month.

What he can't do is raise the debt ceiling.....Only Congress can do that.

Gee, whatever happened to all that "work with the other side" BS he was spouting from his basement in 2020.

BTW.....The so-called "billion-dollar coin" is complete hogwash.
