Actually the cartoon depiction is accurate. Normalization is the 4th stage of the Communist takeover of a nation. It is right after stage 3 Crisis. It does appear America is in crisis mode - we are just a step away from Normalization. I find it very strange that Obama used a communist term such as "Normalization" to announce restoring relationship with Communist Cuba.
