Definitely not kidnapping. As picking up someone for breaking the law is not in that category. The federal government has been doing this and dropping these people in Texas cities as well. However, as far as if the capital is the proper place. I would say there or the Whitehouse would be great. The Federal Government didn't ask Abbott where he wanted these people dropped, so he should be able to drop these people wherever he would like. IMO, they should be dropped south of the boarder and they can go to the proper port of entry, but the feds won't allow this.

Though I am not from Texas, I have nothing against normal Texans. I do not care if they build a wall or not, figuring it will do nothing for the drug traffic and little for the migrant crossing, as long as there are hardware stores in Mexico. One stop at Lowes or HD and you have a ticket over the wall for under $20.00 Bucks.
