Texas border floating barrier can stay for now, court rules

The floating barrier in the Rio Grande at the Texas border can stay for now, a court ruled on Wednesday.

A federal appeals court reversed an order requiring Texas to move a floating barrier at the border.

In December, a divided panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals had sided with a federal district judge in Texas who said the buoys must be moved. On Wednesday, the court vacated the panel's 2-1 ruling after a majority of its 17 judges voted to rehear the case.

Good.....Maybe the 5th is getting tired of illegals too.

It's a damn shame it even had to come to this in the first place.

The only reasonable conclusion one can draw is that Joe Biden & Co. hates America.

I think that if federal dollars were sent directly to local, county and state offices in that priority, the border would be shut down tight. With the correct oversight, the people most affected by the problems would solve it most effectively
