I think it is the result of liberal politics. Before Obama, in 2008, racial tensions were the lowest on record for decades. By 2016, we already had race riots across the country, and has gotten worse since then.

Left-wing ideology at its core, is an "Us vs Them" ideology. It's wealthy against poor. Employers verses employees. And it's White vs Black.
