I would think they would appreciate the cops patrolling the streets. It would serve as a deterrent to crime.

Not at Federal Hill in Rhode Island, that's where a lot of the organized crime types hang out.

No, I gave you two examples of where they didn't assimilate as well as you think they should, you replied they would appreciate extra cops on the streets, and I told you why one of those places wouldn't.

I merely suggested that the Muslim community should appreciate the cops patrolling their community. I can understand why organized crime type would not. And, yes I have been to Chinatown in SF several times and didn't notice that it was a high crime area. Would the Chinese living and working there object to cops patrolling their streets?
