I met a tattooed lady while waiting at the courthouse. She asked me what I was 'in' for and I told her I was paying a traffic ticket. She was tattooed head to foot and I felt it not right to point out her own tattoos to her. IMO, her skin paint was part of her personal expression and I accepted her as is so why would I ask about her tattoos? Just wonder what others think and do.

I went outside a bar about 30 years ago to have a smoke. There was a young lady there that was smoking as well. In the conversation, she asked if I'd like to see her new tattoo as she unfastened her pants and showed me a tattoo below her belt line that said "All you can eat"---I ran.

There was an old cop show where one of the cops used to comment on the suspects "tattoo to tooth ratio".... always amused me.
Now a local joke:
What do you get when you get all the tattooed women in St Johns (Arizona) in one place?

A full set of teeth.

I love my tattoos.

Do you appreciate strangers pointing them out to you or asking you about them? Honest question, no cut intended.
Of course. I will happily chatter on about where, why, and when on any of them you are interested in.

I'm pretty well covered myself, BTW.

No face tattoos though.

I'm not a fan of tattoos but I don't think less of people for having them... I almost got one when I was in the Philippians... there are some of the best tattoo artist there than anywhere on earth... while I was waiting for my turn we went across the street to a bar... well I got pretty drunk and passed out so my buddies took me home... still tattoo free today...

I got new ink that last time I was there, just a few months ago.

Some poor deranged souls even tattoo their eyeballs.....then we are talking about an affliction :cuckoo:

This all goes back to the whole "you do you" thing.

It's your body, do what you want.

Don't do it to anyone else's without explicit permission though.
