She said she filed a complaint but no complaint can be found anywhere. It looks like she is bolstering her aging career. She is 54 years old now and younger stuff is waiting in the wings.

Given this woman has been convicted of fraud and grifting multiple times, um, yeah, there's no good reason to believe her.
This is a woman who has operated under at least five different names to keep ahead of process servers and civil complaints.
