More Democrat insurrection. This guy is such a joke.

California gubernatorial candidate and Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell (CA-14) claims that military members have privately confided in him plans to serve as a "check" to any orders issued by President Trump, suggesting they could defy their superiors.

The idea that service members are secretly huddling with a congressman who can't bench press above 135 and whose top athletic feat was having to retire from soccer after breaking both of his thumbs is specious at best.

That said, his remarks are an attempt to keep the sedition train rolling in the wake of a video from six Democratic lawmakers encouraging military members to defy orders from their superiors.

Swalwell, who apparently is so strapped for time that he had to partake in an interview with Don Lemon while riding as a passenger in his car, discussed suggestions that the Trump administration is "telling on themselves" by going after Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) for taking part in the video.

But lo, there are leftist heroes amongst the military who allegedly want to heed Democrats' advice to defy wholly imagined "illegal orders." And they're running to the California lawmaker to let him know.

"What gives me hope, and I talk to service members all the time," Swalwell claimed without evidence. "They tell me that I don't appreciate enough and the public doesn't appreciate enough that while Congress is not a check on the president anymore, and the judiciary at the Supreme Court is hardly a check, military members have told me, ‘We can be a check.'"

You have to realize that there are a lot of people that will lie simply to make themselves look to be more then they are.
In his case just being able to walk and breathe is more then most expect of him.

He needs to, under oath, reveal who those service members are he has been talking with.

They don't get to be anonymous.

Swalwell is a perfect fit in the Assassination Party ®️
He's a lightweight thug. There will be a reckoning for his narcissistic bullshit eventually. It won't end well for him.

He's making it up....He should be picked up by the FBI, and questioned as to who exactly he talked to that wanted to defy direct orders, then all of them charged, and prosecuted....This man is a blight on our government.

Buuuut you all say "no one is above the law".

Turns out you're correct.
What law? Quote it

Not being charged with the crimes you claimed they committed doesn’t mean they were above the law. Are you some kind of judge in those cases?

Yes. The 6 Democrats want them to be a check by not following unlawful orders.
That’s why you had to stop your post at “check”.

Our military members receive training on that either semi annually, or annually...So, why did they feel they needed to make that video?

Maybe because they think Trump U.S. crazy and could one day do it.
They don’t have to explain in any court of Trump has ever ordered anything illegal in the past
