Supreme Court rules against Trump on deporting illegals

The beloved Barnum and Baily's Supreme Court show ruled today that Trump does not have the power to deport illegal aliens
out of the country. According to an analysis by the Migration Policy Institute, more than 12 million people were “deported” – either removed or returned – from the US during the Clinton administration. More than 10 million were removed or returned during the Bush administration, and more than 5 million were removed or returned during the Obama administration, leaving them all red faced.

Vice President JD Vance responded, "If all Presidents before Trump could do it, why can't he? Let me guess, now if we try to pack the courts, like the Democrats said they thought about doing, that is not cool now anymore either."

Former President Barak Obama attempted to explain the apparent hypocritical insanity by saying, "It's like the Presidential files", said former President Obama. "When we keep them and hold onto them, it's cool, but when Trump does it, we invade his house and go through his wifes underwear door to try and seize them because Trump is a Taliban Nazi from hell, understand?"

"I get it", said justice Brown. "You cannot remove illegals from the country because they are not terrorists, even when they act like them. That is why I am going to try and start a court case tomorrow that will rule the the Alien and Sedition Acts can only be used on real like terrorists, which means it can only be used on Trump"

No word on whether President of El Salvidor Nayib Ortez is willing to take Trump into his country, but at this point may end up preferring to go rather than stay and watch the endless parade of Judicial clowns come out of their Clown car declaring that he is not really President.

Based on an emergency appeal to the court the SCOTUS issued a temporary stay for deportations the administration is attempting under it's implentation of the AEA Venezuelians only. It does not prevent deportation under other normal processes.

Last week in a 9-0 decision the SCOTUS said that the Administration could proceed with AEA deportation - BUT - they had to give proper notice and allow those identified to challenge their status as being in the qualified group.

The emergency appeal Friday was because - they claim - the Administration wasn't following the courts order.
