The big issue with abortion is that we shouldn't be forced to pay for them.
If people want to murder their babies, that's on them. Go for it. Only person that suffers is the person committing the act, the person wanted to do the act, and the unborn baby that is spared having to live with parents that don't want them.
I just don't want some politician saying I have to give them my money so they can use it to give to Planned-Parenthood. Planned-Parenthood is just a form of government subsidized genocide.

Federal funds have been banned for use for abortions for a very long time.

What you say here only makes me wonder why anyone get so worked up over any law whether it gets passed through or not when there are too many people out there who are going to do whatever they want no matter how set in stone the laws are or aren't. In other words, at the end of the day for those people, where there is a will, there most definitely is going to be a way.

Im not sure there is a big push among conservatives to allow minors to get an abortion without parental notification.
