This is where I draw the line. Charge the guy as guilty as sin, but forfeiture laws are BS designed to steal stuff gotten through illegal gains such as paid for with drug money which isn't even the case here. The ski lodge and cars are personal property, have nothing to do with the crime and do not belong to the government to just steal just because this guy was an asshole.
