This is probably what we can call smart segregation. Historically, segregation meant that colored individuals and whites didn't go to the same places. This is outlawed. Smart segregation means whites mustn't go to where blacks/Latinos go, but they can go anywhere. This is legal. The professors firing/resignation will move this from hysteria to legal precedence.
