In the meantime, the attack boosted the prestige and growth of the Shi'ite organization Hezbollah.

Deserved or not Obama got a Nobel Peace Prize.. Can people imagine what right wingers would do if one of them got a Nobel?
Does not matter nor does the Nobel have squat to do with international opinion of Obama or the USA. None of that is relevant to the point you put forward.
The only thing that giving the Nobel to Obama did was reinforce the fact that the peace prize had already been reduced to stupidity. Really, awarding it to someone that has not actually done anything yet is asinine in some pretty epic ways.
