Starbucks, the world’s largest coffee chain, is “expanding” to Nashville.

The coffee giant announced Wednesday, alongside Tennessee Governor Bill Lee, that it will establish a corporate operations office in Nashville later this year. According to The Wall Street Journal, dozens of Seattle employees will get the chance to move there.

Who woulda guessed, true blue leaving the blue. Although. seems to me “expanding” would suggest hiring new personnel in Nashville, not giving dozens of Seattle employees a chance to move

Adding insult to injury, Starbucks CEO announces his moving to Florida on the same day Washington passes its Millionaires Tax.

Well, in all fairness. Those in Seattle would never make the move. That would mean they'd have to step outside their bubble, and that is just too risky. The truth exists outside their bubble and no one will be willing to risk that!

The funny part is you think an.operations office means they are leaving where they are at.

Here's a satellite view of California:

The state stinks. And is collapsing faster than a wobbly old man with COPD trying to climb a mountain.

And there is no state income tax there either.

Now the blue metastasis will move and vote till they destroy Tennessee like they did the blue states from which they came as they will someday tax the hell out them once again and make them all want to kill themselves.

No dumbfuck, thats not what it said.

Angry little peasant, aren't we?????

Headquarters and Corporate are basically the same thing. They are both the top brass and decision makers for the company.

I was comparing the 2 (Starbucks to Boeing) that were both started in Seattle and have or soon will be moved out of state.

Article says that's exactly what Starbucks is doing.........moving the Corporate office to TN.....just like Boeing did moving their HQ offices to other states, Virginia and Missouri

And both companies offered some employees relocation, mostly the top brass

No guarantee on that happening........Former Starbucks CEO, Howard Schultz........

He is an outspoken neoliberal. Schultz publicly considered a candidacy in the 2012, 2016, and 2020 U.S. presidential elections as an independent candidate. He declined to join all three contests. His positions on domestic politics are socially liberal and fiscally moderate. In foreign policy, he is seen as a "liberal hawk", favoring American-led international affairs and neoliberalism. Schultz was named the 209th-richest person in the U.S. by Forbes with a net worth of $4.3 billion

More people are moving to Florida and changing their voting from Democrat to Republican, especially those from NY. They have seen enough of the Communists/Muslims, and want to live free, and happy.

And can't forget Amazon
