I never get them and when I drink, I DRINK. I might be a little slower than usual the following morning and not be hungry, but I don't get headaches and I don't feel sick.
If I think of it I'll drink a liter of water and pop a couple aspirins before I go to sleep, but even if I don't I'm ok the next day.
