In their Election Report Maricopa County Democrats initially blamed Oki printers for failing on election day, causing election problems / issues
Oki, the maker of the printers, responsed to the report by pointing out the Democrats never reached out to them on election day notifyibg them when of printer problems.
Furthermore, Oki pointed out the problems resulted from Drmocrats switching from 80lb paper to 100lb paper. The user manual clearly states the maximum paper size their printers can use is the 80-pound paper.

Oki concluded by saying,
“It seems that the true underlying cause of the election issues was the use of 100 lb. paper without reviewing the manual and/or confirming with OKI that such use was within the specifications of the OKI B432 printers.”
'USER ERROR' ... also known occassionally as an 'ID10T Interface Error'.
Democrats running the election were unaware of how to use their own equipment and were not smart enough to read the manual or call the 'HELP / TECH SUPPORT' phone number located on the printer.
The results of some of the 2022 Midterm Elections rested on the shoulders if these geniuses...

Thank you, Oki, for clearing up the 'mystery' of the 'failing printers'.
