you are not wrong with that idea, still no creature on earth really comes close to looking like some evolution blender challenge gone sideways

oddly it does lay eggs but it's a mammal therefore a duck and a beaver had a wonder night at some point

One of many interesting G-d creations.

If you ever watch a quality, literal deep-dive ocean documentary in which they reach the depths of the ocean (as far as we can currently reach at least), you will awestruck at the unique, even creepy creatures who reside there. Brilliant but also frightening and one has to imagine that they survived whatever decimated the dinosaurs.

Apparently, estimates are that we have only been privy to 5-10% of all the oceans species. That is astonishing to consider.

yes, that angler fish with the small body, gigantic mouth and a glowing bait hanging from it's head takes the cake
most would say darwin at his finest, they have evolved to survive in a place that is 100% dark with extreme high pressure
