I agree, but we should not simply be reactive lest we play into NK's hand. Instead, we should make it clear to China that they must choose between doing business with NK or with US. And if they don't, we will make that choice for them.

There won't be consequences because businesses love cheap labour and don't want to upset their Communist Masters and therefore they lobby America to let China be, instead, the big focus is on weak, feeble, economically useless Russia.
