You mean Biden don’t you. The only problem was he couldn’t find a building with Biden’s name on it in the U.S. and didnt have the money for a ticket to China.
Probably to convince Trump to see the error of his ways, drop out of the Presidential race, and say he's sorry.

He's in a really weird position, so the emergency workers at the top of the building can't even make a grab for him. It says he's been there for at least 2 hours. Hopefully they can convince him to come down and they can get him some help for whatever his problems might be.
It's unfortunate he's doing this at the Trump Tower because I'm sure the media will find some way to blame this on Donald Trump.
