Jeezzzz.....enough talk about Amy Barrett making the court 6 to 3 conservative.

Democrat hand-wringing is soooooo misplaced.

If Trump wins, and I'm assuming that Barrett is confirmed, and is conservative- time will tell- then the court will be 5 to 4, pretty much the usual mix one way or another, and depending on the case.

But if Trump loses......you poor Democrats......then the Benedict Arnold....er, John Roberts....may not have to continue to show his hatred of Trump, and may return to the the promises of his selection.

So.....if Trump wins, the Court is 5-4

If Trump loses, the Court is 6-3


Now I don't know how to vote..........
 
If anyone missed Mike Lees input on the SCOTUS vote this morning you need to find it and watch him.....
