What’s racist about detaining illegal aliens? We are not obligated to allow them to roam the countryside, raping and killing. We can admit them and keep them in a detention center.

(I am no legal expert onto US laws and it's Constitution) Therefore IMO, it will eventually have to undergo a review by SCOTUS - till then the OBBBA and respective EO's - are very likely in violation, therefore disputable, in regards to the US Constitution, existing US laws and State Law's and their rights granted by the US Constitution.
